At Paddock Hill Trading Post, we believe exceptional craftsmanship deserves exceptional delivery. That’s why we proudly offer free shipping on all orders throughout the US, UK, EU, and Canada. Period.
Order Processing Time
Each piece from Paddock Hill Trading Post is handcrafted to order - not mass-produced. We kindly ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for your item to ship.
This isn’t our full-time gig (yet!). We’re real people with full-time jobs and other passions, and we enjoy taking the occasional weekend getaway - but we take every order seriously and craft each piece with care and intention.
If you’re on a tighter timeline or have a special occasion coming up, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We would love to work with you and will do our absolute best to accommodate you.
Domestic Shipping Options
We proudly offer free shipping throughout the United States with USPS Priority Mail®. This method ensures swift and trackable delivery, usually within 1-3 business days once your order has shipped.
For domestic customers who wish to receive their order sooner, we offer expedited shipping with UPS 2nd Day Air® for a fee. This trackable option ensures delivery by the end of the second business day after shipment.
International Shipping Options
We are pleased to offer free shipping to customers throughout the UK, EU, and Canada with USPS First-Class Package International Service®, an economical and reliable option for international delivery. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days once shipped. For destinations outside the UK, EU, and Canada, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
For international customers seeking expedited delivery for a fee, UPS Worldwide Expedited® ensures swift and secure delivery to most destinations within 2–5 business days once shipped.
Note: Shipping services may vary by destination. If you require a faster or alternate service, please contact us — we’re happy to help. Additionally, international orders may be delayed due to customs processing.
Complimentary Shipping Upgrades
In some cases, the cost difference between shipping services is negligible. When this occurs, we may upgrade your shipping method at no additional charge to provide faster or more reliable delivery. These complimentary upgrades are made at our discretion and will never result in additional costs to you.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed depending on the carrier.
Taxes and Duties
All customers — domestic and international — are responsible for any applicable taxes, including but not limited to state sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs, and import duties. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are separate from any applicable shipping fees.
Lost, Damaged, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for shipping delays, damage during shipping, lost or stolen packages, or delivery issues. However, we’re here to help. If your package is significantly delayed, goes missing, or is marked as delivered but not received, please reach out so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Returned Packages (Undeliverable)
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your address at checkout!
