Returns and Refunds Policy – Effective May 8th, 2025
Thank you for doing business with Paddock Hill Trading Post. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, and proudly stand by our products for life. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the date your item was delivered to you. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches or signs of wear. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
UK and EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches or signs of wear. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@paddockhilltrading.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and return shipping details.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@paddockhilltrading.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please package your return securely. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging.

If you'd prefer an exchange, please contact us before returning your item so we can confirm availability and discuss next steps.
